The Workshop
An important chain in the industrial insulation process most often is the prefabrication of aluminium, steel, stainless steel protective covering for the installed insulation materials.
For this Isolatie Combinatie has a well equipped (computer operated machinery) modern and spacious workshop. Our skilled sheet metal workers prefabricate with this machinery qualitative insulation coverings, if requested on very short notice. More and more customers make use of the possibility to insulate vessels, tanks and other apparatus in our prefabshop. For this we can use two portal cranes. A part of our shop is set up as an industrial studio where insulation mattresses are made. The large advantage of the insulation mattresses is that they can easily be removed and installed by non insulation specialists (customers staff).
Our own industrial studio and well equipped shop gives Isolatie Combinatie Beverwijk BV the opportunity to initiate flexible and quick on requests of customers. The present craftsmanship and the modern machinery make it possible to make also other specialist sheet metal products.
